Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Ordering at Revive CBD's.

 

To ensure prompt service, please follow our order cutoff and pickup guidelines:

 

  • Place your order before 4pm PT cutoff. In stock items ship the following day.*
  • If picking up from any of our Warehouse locations, your order must be placed the previous day, before 4pm cutoff.*
  • Warehouse Will Call is open Mon-Fri 10am to 5pm PT.

Order Acceptance

Revive CBD's. may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit the quantity of any products sole on this site. Revive CBD's may also require additional information prior to accepting or processing any order. Receipt of an order confirmation from Revive CBD's. does not signify our acceptance of an order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell the products or services on this site. Receipt of written acceptance is simply a confirmation that Revive CBD's. has received your order. Revive CBD's. reserves the right, at any time, to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed and paid, Revive CBD's will refund the billed amount.


SHIPPING & RETURNS

Most of our products ship to virtually any address in the world via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations or outside of the states in which we have facilities (CA, WA, and CO). When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs and delivery times for you. Revive CBD's is not responsible for any delays, loss or damage that occurs during shipping. Revive CBD's is not liable for delays or product seizures by U.S. Customs and Border Protection or any related government entity. All return requests are subject to the strict enforcement of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS

Title and risk of loss to all goods ordered by the customer from the Revive CBD's shall pass to customer upon tendering of the goods to the applicable carrier at Revive CBD’s facility.


AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

Due to supply constraints of some of our products and services, Revive CBD's reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. There may be occasions when Revive CBD's confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Revive CBD's will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.


PRODUCT THAT MAY BE SUBJECT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Product received which does not match the original invoice.
  • Unused and undiscounted product in its original packaging.
  • Defective or damaged in-transit product, which must be accompanied by photographic evidence thereof. Photographs of damaged product as well as shipping box required.
  • Revive CBD's will not exchange entire cases of glass jars in situations where some, but not all jars have been damaged in-transit. Glass jars will be subject to a 1:1 exchange ratio. Photographic evidence of damaged product as well as shipping box required.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCT

  • Clearance and/or promotional items, the sales of which are final.
  • Product which is subject to bulk or quantity discounts.
  • Custom products.
  • Incomplete, partial, or used product.

 

DEADLINE FOR PROPOSED RETURN

Within fifteen (15) days of delivery of product, a notice of intent to return and reason therefore must be sent to Revive CBD's. Returns must be sent to Revive CBD's within thirty (30) days of delivery of product and postmarked within that time.

 

AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND FORM REQUIRED

Before the proposed return product can be shipped, a Return Material Authorization Form (“RMA”) must be completed by the customer. The completed form may be submitted digitally on Revive CBD's website at www.revivecbds.com; otherwise the form can be obtained from the sales representative and submitted with the shipment of the product being returned. If the proposed return is a direct result of damaged/defective product that is the fault of/responsibility of Revive CBD's, then the appropriate sales rep will complete the RMA form on the customer’s behalf.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

Product must be returned in its original packaging and original delivery box. Unless the damage or defect was caused by or was the responsibility of Revive CBD's, the Company has NO responsibility for the return shipping costs and assumes no responsibility for a refund in the event a return package is lost, stolen or misplaced (nor does Revive CBD's assume any responsibility for damage to the return shipped product in the event a refund is denied and then re-shipped to the customer).

INSPECTION

Any refund is subject to a satisfactory review and inspection by Revive CBD's as to whether the product is returnable, damaged or defective, and in full compliance with these terms and conditions.

DENIAL OF RETURN

Should Revive CBD's. not accept the return, it will provide notice of its decision and the reason(s) therefore. In that event, Revive CBD's will return the product to the customer at the customers’ expense for shipping. The customer retains the right to request Revive CBD's to dispose of the product.

PROCESSING OF REFUND

If the refund request is approved, it will be processed within five (5) days thereafter and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow two (2) to three (3) weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
